How it works

Step 1

Tell Odin what you’re looking for:
A city or town in Canada, your budget, and whether you’re renting or buying – just explain it in plain language.

Step 2

Odin searches for properties that match your criteria. You’ll receive brief descriptions and links to the original listings.

Step 3

Select the properties you like and ask Odin to schedule viewings. Odin saves you time by calling each listing, checking viewing times, and asking all your questions. In this process, Odin acts as your personal AI assistant – a smart, detail-oriented secretary who doesn’t miss a thing.

Step 4

Activate the Monitoring feature. Until you find your ideal property, Odin will check every 24 hours for new rental or sale listings that match your parameters (location, price, number of bedrooms, and more).
